Welcome to Econo Foods Digital Photo Processing

Here, you can upload your digital pictures from the convenience of home and then pick them up professionally developed from your local retailer.

In the process of uploading your images, you will be asked to supply a credit card (Mastercard or Visa). This is a security measure against fraudulent orders. Your card will NOT be processed, and you will need to pay your retailer when you collect your order.

We reserve the right to charge your card should your order go unclaimed or be declined for an unresolved reason.

Frequently Asked Questions:
  • Question: One of the first things the program asks me is to download a piece of software from Software Artisans, why do I need to download this and is it safe?

    Answer:
Downloading this software will allow you to download a whole file with multiple digital files at one time. If you do not down load this file you will have to load each picture one at a time. It takes less than a minute to download the software and our digital photo company assures us that is 100% safe.

  • Question:  When I click on “Develop Digital Prints” it kicks me out and does not let me proceed, what is wrong?

Answer:  The most common reason for this is that you may have your security set to block pop-up ads. If this feature is enabled then the photo software will not load. You can simply turn it off and back on when you are done uploading.

  • Question:  If I do not put my credit card in, can I just pay when I pick up my order at my local Econo Foods/T&C store?

Answer:  If you do not put a credit card in with your order the order will not process.

  • Question:  I just sent my prints, when should I expect them?

Answer:  Pictures uploaded Sunday through Thursday before 9:00pm will be ready at the Econo Foods/T&C store of your choice the next day! Pictures uploaded Friday & Saturday will be ready Monday.

  • Question:  It seemed to take forever to upload my pictures, is there a faster way to do this?

Answer:  We are currently looking into providing associate assisted workstations with high-speed Internet access at all of our locations.
